Our platform is designed to help Bangladeshi businesses manage their WhatsAppChannel and Facebook communications efficiently. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our guidelines.
2. Privacy Policy & Data Protection
Your privacy is critically important to us. We collect and process data in accordance with the following principles:
- We only collect information necessary to provide and improve our services.
- Your customer data (messages, phone numbers, names) is encrypted and securely stored.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- You retain full ownership of all data you input into the AutoKotha platform.
3. AI Auto Reply Services
Our AI auto-reply feature uses machine learning models to interpret and respond to customer queries based on the data you provide. While we strive for high accuracy, AutoKotha is not liable for any miscommunications or errors made by the AI. You are responsible for reviewing and training the AI with accurate business information.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
AutoKotha operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system.
- Credits purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
- If a technical error on our end causes an incorrect credit deduction, we will refund the deducted credits to your account upon verification.
- We reserve the right to change our pricing structure with prior notice to all active users.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in spam, or use the platform for illegal activities. In such cases, any remaining credits will be forfeited. You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.
